Adult Health Nurse Practitioner, Type II diabetes, pre-diabetes management

In caring for my patients, my goal is to help them better manage their diabetes over time. I work with my patients to find the best medications and strategies that will work for them. In treating each patient individually and engaging them in the management of their disease, I hope to help in decreasing their risk for diabetic complications and improve their overall quality of life.
